Cooperative Institution for Research in Environmental Sciences has graduate student opportunities in geomagnetism.

Lancaster University has postgraduate topics at the Centre for Environmental Magnetism and Paleomagnetism (CEMP).

Southern Illinois Univeristy has opportunities for research in rock magnetism/magnetic fabrics in the lab of Dr Eric Ferre. Small research grants ($300 each) are also available each year to help non-SIU graduate students use the lab for collaborative projects.

Ph.D. and/or M.Sc. graduate student opportunities at the University of Windsor's Paleomagnetic and Rock Magnetic Laboratories.
